急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)后24小时内发生的呼吸衰竭(简称呼衰),除与农药中毒有关外,还与阿托品用量过多有关。现将我院2001年5月-2003年5月收治的AOPP 早期呼衰伴阿托品中毒24例报道如下。本组资料中,男7例,女17例,年龄14-71岁,平均 38岁。均经口服中毒,其中1605例9例,久效磷7例,氧化乐果4例,敌敌畏2例,甲胺磷和有机磷农药为主的复混农药各1例,服药量20-400ml,平均130ml。神志清15例,昏迷9例,轻度中毒3例,中度13例,重度9例,中毒程度以《内科学》第5版为标准。服毒至洗胃时间15-75分钟。平均45分钟。呼衰发生时间:中毒2小时内15例,3-6小时内5例,7-15小时内4例。
