目的:探究超声检查在新生儿产前筛查中的应用价值,为保证新生儿健康提供保障。方法:以浙江省兰溪市妇幼保健院2013年1月~2014年1月期间收治的1580例孕妇作为研究对象,对这些孕妇经常产前筛查。充分借助于超声检查技术,对胎儿的四肢、羊水、脊椎、头部、胎盘及颈部等进行全面细致的观察,根据观察结果,对胎儿是否存在畸形及畸形类型进行准确判断。并根据年龄对产妇分组,分析不同产妇年龄对胎儿畸形的影响。结果:在进行产前筛查的1580例孕妇中,出现胎儿畸形24例,畸形检出率为1.52%。在24例畸形胎儿中,泌尿系统畸形3例,检出率为0.19%;消化道畸形4例,检出率为0.25%;心血管系统畸形3例,检出率为0.19%;唇腭裂畸形1例,检出率为0.06%;四肢畸形2例,检出率为0.13%;神经系统畸形11例,检出率为0.70%。年龄大于30岁的产妇,胎儿畸形发生率最高。结论:超声检查在新生儿产前筛查中,应用价值较高,安全性高、操作简单且检出率高。
Objective: To explore the value of ultrasound in prenatal screening of neonates, in order to ensure the health of newborns. Methods: A total of 1580 pregnant women who were treated in Lanxi City Maternity and Child Care Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2013 to January 2014 were enrolled in this study. Prenatal screening was performed on these pregnant women. Full use of ultrasound technology, fetal limbs, amniotic fluid, spine, head, placenta and neck, such as a comprehensive and detailed observation, based on the observation of the fetus for the presence of deformity and deformity types accurately judge. And according to the age of the maternal group, analysis of different maternal age on fetal deformity. Results: Of the 1580 pregnant women who underwent prenatal screening, 24 cases of fetal malformations were found, with a detection rate of 1.52%. In 24 cases of deformity fetus, urinary system deformity in 3 cases, the detection rate was 0.19%; 4 cases of gastrointestinal malformations, the detection rate was 0.25%; 3 cases of cardiovascular system deformity, the detection rate was 0.19%; cleft lip and palate deformity 1 case, the detection rate was 0.06%; limb deformities in 2 cases, the detection rate was 0.13%; 11 cases of nervous system malformations, the detection rate was 0.70%. Maternal age greater than 30 years old, the highest incidence of fetal malformations. Conclusion: Ultrasound in prenatal screening of newborns, high value, high safety, simple operation and high detection rate.
