在公路建设取得飞速发展的今天,如何改进和加强公路系统的精神文明建设,使两个文明建设协调发展,这是全国公路同行都在思考的问题。安徽省公路局根据交通部的总体要求,结合本省实际,大力开展了以“六学六建一创”为主题的活动,以期在2004年底以前把全省公路系统建成文明子行业。“六学”是典型示范,“六建”是新形势下精神文明建设的载体和任务,“一创”是奋斗目标。
Nowadays, with the rapid development of highway construction, how to improve and strengthen the spiritual civilization construction of the highway system and make the coordinated development of the two civilizations be the question that national highway counterparts are thinking about. In accordance with the general requirements of the Ministry of Communications and in light of the actual situation in this province, Anhui Provincial Highway Administration vigorously carried out activities with the theme of “six schools, six builds and one creation”, with a view to building the provincial highway system into a civilized sub-sector by the end of 2004. “Six Learning ” is a typical demonstration. “Six Built ” is the carrier and mission of spiritual civilization construction in the new situation. “Creating ” is the goal of struggle.
