全面发展、张扬个性、加强制度建设是恒丰中学学校管理的三个目标,正是这三点给学校注入了新的活力,现在的恒丰中学文体并重,特长突出,学校的管理制度、教师的培养体系也不断提高完善。在2003年制定的“三年发展规划”中,全面发展、张扬个性和加强制度建设仍然是学校发展的重点,成为闸北区具有影响力的九年一贯制学校和培养“达观、尽责、求美、向善”的学生是学校未来三年的发展目标。
