金秋10月的北京,天高云淡。新大都饭店的国际会议中心人头攒动,“纪念全国计算机等级考试(NCRE)开考10周年”横幅悬挂在会场的上方。原国家教委副主任、全国考委原副主任王明达来了,全国计算机等级考试考委会副主任委员、清华大学教授周立柱来了,教育部职业教育与成人教育司司长黄尧、高等教育司副司长田勇泉、高校学生司副司长刘大为也来了,部分省市自治区教育厅的领导、全国各省市自治区自考办的负责人,全国计算机等级考试考委会的委员、专家顾问、合作企业的代表,以及教育部考试中心的老领导兴致勃勃地来到会场,整个纪念大会洋溢着喜庆的气氛。
