教学背景张**,这个名字在我们学校可谓大名鼎鼎,如雷贯耳。上至校长,下到门卫,就没一个人不认识他的。上课开小差,影响他人,回家作业从不完成,对学习提不起一丝兴趣,卫生习惯更是差。每次提到他,老师都会摇头叹息,他早已成为了我校的一朵“奇葩”。严重缺乏自律能力导致他的学习成绩越来越差,上课几乎完全听不懂。无所事事的他不是到处惹是生非,就是做小动作,再者就是蒙头大睡。为了帮助他学习,纠正他课堂学习习惯,我为他申请了一位助学老师。上课时,助学老师坐在他身边,针对本次上课的内容,从旁对他进行单独辅导。
