以前,我厂室外钻孔均采用手电钻或风钻。由于经常流动,电源或气源不易解决,同时又受线路或管路的限制,工作起来很不方便。针对这种情况,工人师傅根据杠杆原理制作了手动冲孔钳(见图)。经两年来的使用证明效果良好,不仅使用方便可靠,而且提高工效2～3倍。现介绍如下: 一、加工范围:可在0.5～2毫米厚的钢板上加工φ5～12的孔。二、工作原理:搬动活动扳杆使其沿销轴1转动,通过活节销2和连接
