电火花加工精密内螺纹是我厂革命职工运用毛主席的哲学思想于1970年探索研究成功的一种新技术方法,在“电加工”71年第9期上曾就加工的原理、特点和工艺作过简要介绍。最近几年中这项新技术得到了进一步的发展和提高,在成批加工硬质合金和各种优质钢制的螺纹环规方面已显现其技术上的优越性,并取得了很大的经济效果。除此之外,由于这项新技术适用的普遍性,能对各种导电材料加工多种类型的精密内螺纹,开创某些目前用机械方法或其他方法难以解决或无法解决的加工领域,因此,对发展国防工业、尖端技术、机械、仪器仪表制造等方面有一定的价值。
