根据中国国家地震局与法国国家科研中心国立天文与地球物理研究院的会谈纪要,中法双方关于地震学和第四纪构造学的合作研究即将全面展开。该纪要包括三个方面:①活断层研究;②定量地震学;③中国国家地震局加入GEOSCOPE(全球长周期台网)计划。 经双方讨论并报请有关部门批准,已拟定在新疆乌什县境内建立一个全球系统的长周期地震观测台。法国方面负责提供台站设备以及安装、调试仪器;中国方面负责日常观测和管理,并定期将数据寄往巴黎地球物理研究所协调中心,双方共同享用整理过的全球台网数据。此项计划为期三年。 GEOSCOPE计划是在法国国家科研中心国立天文与地球物理研究院的资助下由法国首
According to the Minutes of the Talks between the State Seismological Bureau of China and the National Astronomical and Geophysical Institute of the National Research Center of France, the cooperation between China and France on seismology and quaternary tectonics will soon be fully launched. The summary includes three aspects: ① active fault research; ② quantitative seismology; ③ China Earthquake Administration to join GEOSCOPE (Global Long Period Network) program. After discussion by both parties and report to the relevant departments for approval, it has been proposed to establish a global systematic long-period seismic observation platform in Wushi County, Xinjiang. The French side is responsible for providing station equipment and installation and commissioning of equipment; China is responsible for routine observation and management; sending data regularly to the Coordination Center of the Institute of Geophysics in Paris for both parties to share the completed global network data.
