大吴湾铜矿位于伏牛—大别弧形构造带大别山复背斜北侧,区域桐(柏)—商(城)深大断裂挤压破碎带南约4.5公里处(图1)。该矿断续工作已25年之久,由于用“中—低温热液”说;“斑岩型”成矿说;“沉积—变质”成矿说等成因观点指导我矿,均未凑效。笔者经工作,提出大吴湾铜矿为层控矿床的观点。并据此论点,在矿区东南隅徐畈附近,发现新的矿化地段,扩大了矿区范围。现对该矿成因作一初探,供同道者参考。
The Dabuwan Copper Mine is located on the north side of the Dabie syncline of the Funiu-Dabie arch belt. The area is about 4.5 km south of the Tong (Bai)-Shang (city) deep-seated crushing and crushing belt (Figure 1). The mine intermittent work has been 25 years, due to the “medium - low temperature hydrothermal” said; “porphyry” metallogenic said; “sedimentary - metamorphic” . After the work, the author put forward the viewpoints that the Dawuwan copper deposit is a layer controlled deposit. Based on this argument, a new mineralization area was discovered in the vicinity of Xuhuang in the southeast corner of the mining area, expanding the scope of the mining area.
