一、前言 机械加工沸腾传热强化表面日益广泛地应用于制冷、化工、新能源开发和节能的换热装置中.由于现有的大多数机械加工强化表面都是采用切削、挤压等方法制成,几何形状很不规则,给机理分析和最佳尺寸的研究带来很大困难。文献中现有的机械加工强化表面,特别是T型结构机械加工强化表面的传热分析、关联式和结构尺寸的优化研究很少。因此,探求机械加工强化表面沸腾传热机理和最佳表面结构尺寸成了当务之急.
I. Introduction Machining Boiling heat transfer enhancement surface is widely used in refrigeration, chemical industry, new energy development and energy-saving heat exchange device.As most of the existing mechanical machining surface are enhanced by cutting, extrusion and other methods As a result, the geometric shape is very irregular, which brings great difficulties to the study of mechanism analysis and optimum size. In the literature, there are few researches on the optimization of the correlation and structure dimensions in the existing heat transfer analysis of the machined surface, especially the T-shaped machined surface. Therefore, to explore the mechanical surface hardening heat transfer enhancement mechanism and the optimal surface size has become a top priority.
