患儿,男性,G4P1,孕34周,羊膜早破18小时而剖宫产。出生体重1650g,1分钟 Apgar评分9分。以“早产儿、低出生体重儿”收住新生病房,入院体检:早产儿貌,头围30cm,哭声响,反应好,全身皮肤无黄染。前囟平,瞳孔等大等圆,对光反射灵敏,颈软。心率120次/分,律齐,心音有力,无杂音,两肺呼吸音清,肝肋下未及,双下肢肌张力正常。母亲有3胎流产史,有与家猫密切接触史。入院后给予放置暖箱、喂养等对症处理。检查血常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、电解质均正常。X线胸片检查心肺正常。1周内多次发现患儿两眼睁眼时间较长,有凝视表现,睡眠时间少,易激惹、兴奋,有呕吐现象,无尖叫、屏气,无口角、眼肌、四肢抽搐,无发热。眼科会诊未发现眼科疾病。第7天给予头颅CT检查:发现大脑皮层实质内,脑室旁多发性钙化灶。脑脊液检查示:外观黄色,白细胞数82×106/L,淋巴细胞

Within 1 week, children’s eyes were found many times with longer eyes open, staring performance, less sleep time, irritability, excitement, vomiting, no screaming, breath holding, mouthlessness, eye muscle, limbs twitching, no fever. Ophthalmic consultation found no eye disease. The first 7 days to give head CT examination: found within the cerebral cortex parenchyma, multiple ventricular calcifications.
