1概述钢质无缝气瓶(见图1)是按GB 5099-94《钢质无缝气瓶》生产,用于盛装IG541、二氧化碳等消防气体,工作压力为8~20 MPa。在遇火警时释放气体灭火。2产品特点公司及关联公司拥有A1,B1,B2,B3,D1,D2级压力容器制造许可证,获DOT(美国)、CCS(中国船级社)、BV(法国船级社)、ABS(美国)、Lloyd’s(英国劳氏、德国劳氏)制造认证,还可满足BS(英国)、JIS(日本)、DIN(德国)、EN(欧共体)、KS(韩国)等标准并按客户要求设计制造压力容器。
1 Overview The seamless steel gas cylinder (see Figure 1) is manufactured according to GB 5099-94 “Seamless Steel Gas Cylinder” for IG541, carbon dioxide and other fire fighting gases with a working pressure of 8-20 MPa. Release gas to extinguish fire in case of fire. 2 Product Features The Company and its affiliates have manufacturing license for pressure vessels A1, B1, B2, B3, D1, and D2 and are authorized by DOT (USA), CCS (China Classification Society), BV (France Classification Society), ABS USA), Lloyd’s (Lloyd’s, Lloyd’s Register), and meet the standards of BS (UK), JIS (Japan), DIN (Germany), EN (European Community) and KS (Korea) Require design and manufacture of pressure vessels.
