日本三井东压化学公司首次成功地获得了便于开发水稻F_1杂种的DNA标记。该标记是开发杂交品种中不可缺少的确认有无育性恢复基因Rf-1的RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)标记。该公司去年使用非对称细胞融合技术开发了细胞质雄性不育水稻(生物母本)系列。获得了细胞质雄性不育系和育性恢复基因标记,在此基础上期望能加快杂交种子的生产和开发。三井东压公司在神奈良县召开的第89届日本育种学会上发表了其成果。用开发成功的Rf-1 RAPD标记fL601标记Rf-1基因,重组率为1.5%,可用于标记育种。目前越光、笸锦等现有品种没有Rf-基因,开发食味好的杂交种时导入Rf-1基因是不可缺少的。因有了fL601,在出芽后早期便可进行RAPD分析,确认基因的导入,在其生长发
For the first time, Mitsui Toatsu Chemical Co., Ltd. succeeded in obtaining DNA markers that facilitate the development of F1 hybrids in rice.
