从推动国民经济绿色化改造这个视角,探讨节能环保产业的内涵、功能和结构化系统融入发展机理,认为民族地区节能环保产业是以自身的绿色化产品、技术、装备和服务,提升其他产业的绿色化水平,实现对污染和低效产业的替代和更新。节能环保产业可分为生活型节能环保产业、生产型节能环保产业和准节能环保产业,在此分别对经济社会系统和自然生态系统进行绿色化改造,并提出了民族地区节能环保产业促进绿色转型的发展建议。
From the perspective of promoting the greening of the national economy, this paper explores the connotation, function and structure of the energy saving and environmental protection industry into the development mechanism.
