采用光学显微镜和X射线衍射仪分析、显微硬度与电导率测试、拉伸试验与断口分析、晶间腐蚀及剥落腐蚀试验,研究了两种双级时效工艺对经预回复处理-逐级固溶-预变形的超高强铝合金Al-12.26Zn-2.96Mg-2.49Cu-0.183Zr-0.0673Sr挤压材显微组织及性能的影响。结果表明:与单级时效相比,双级时效处理后合金的力学性能降低,但耐腐蚀性能明显改善。121℃×5 h+153℃×16 h双级时效后合金的综合性能良好。
The effects of two kinds of double-stage aging process on pre-recovery treatment-stage-by-stage solidification were studied by optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis, microhardness and electrical conductivity test, tensile test and fracture analysis, intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion tests. Effect of Al-12.26Zn-2.96Mg-2.49Cu-0.183Zr-0.0673Sr Extruded Material on Microstructure and Properties of Sol-Preform Deformation Ultra-High Strength Aluminum Alloy. The results show that, compared with the single-stage aging, the mechanical properties of the alloy after two-stage aging treatment are reduced, but the corrosion resistance is obviously improved. 121 ℃ × 5 h + 153 ℃ × 16 h after the two-stage aging alloy good overall performance.
