目的:研究护士能级对应与绩效管理在责任包干制下对病房护理管理的影响。方法:依据国情,并结合慈溪市第六人民医院实际情况,将病房内的护士依据学历、工作年资以及业务能力进行分层级管理和使用,进一步建立护士能级和绩效考核的相关指标。结果:在实施能级和绩效管理后,和实施前相比护理人员的护理治疗有所提高;护理人员自身的满意度、医生对护士的满意度以及患者的满意度和实施前进行比较有明显的提高。结论:护士能级对应和绩效管理的实施使护理的质量、管理的效能都得到了显著的提高,同时也使护士的职业责任感和成就感得到增强。
Objective: To study the impact of nurses’level level correspondence and performance management on ward nursing management under the responsibility system. Methods: According to the actual conditions of the Sixth People’s Hospital of Cixi City, the nurses in the wards were managed and used according to academic qualifications, working years and business ability at different levels to further establish the relevant indexes of nurses’ energy level and performance appraisal. Results: After the implementation of energy level and performance management, nurses ’care and treatment were improved as compared with those before the implementation; the degree of satisfaction of nurses, satisfaction of doctors with nurses and patients’ satisfaction and pre-implementation were obvious Improve. Conclusion: The implementation of nurses’ energy level and performance management have significantly improved the quality of nursing and management, and also enhanced the professional sense of responsibility and accomplishment of nurses.
