超高强度钢的焊接缺陷之一是产生气孔,这与熔化金属被气体饱和及其熔解度的下降有关。行之有效的方法是被焊工件的背面进行惰性气体保护,可采用整体保护,也可局部保护。
One of the welding defects of ultra-high strength steels is the generation of porosity, which is related to the saturation of the molten metal and the decrease of its melting degree. An effective method is to protect the back of the workpiece to be inert gas, the overall protection can also be partial protection.
