本文探讨了20、45、T8、T12钢经950℃×4h涂料硼锆共渗层的组织和相结构。光学金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明,共渗层主要由(Fe、Zr)B,(Fe、Zr)_3(C、B)相组成,还有Zr_2Fe,Zr_4Fe等化合物。与单元渗硼相似,共渗层具有梳齿状特征。表面疏松区有所减少。疏松区内有Fe、Zr、Si、Al等元素。共渗层与渗硼层比较具有较好的耐蚀性、高温抗氧化性、耐磨性和较低的脆性。因此,硼锆共渗是一种值得推广的新型化学热处理工艺。
In this paper, the microstructure and phase structure of boro-zirconium alloying layers of 20, 45, T8 and T12 steel after 950 ℃ × 4h coating were investigated. The results of optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscopy show that the co-permeation layer mainly consists of (Fe, Zr) B, (Fe, Zr) 3 (C, B) phases and Zr 2 Fe and Zr 4 Fe . Similar to the unit boronization, the common diffusion layer has comb-teeth features. Loose surface area has been reduced. Loose area with Fe, Zr, Si, Al and other elements. A total of infiltration layer and boronized layer has better corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, wear resistance and lower brittleness. Therefore, boron zirconium osmosis is worth promoting a new type of chemical heat treatment process.
