国内外城市建设的实践表明,大城市的改造,如果不从根本上去改变现有工业区的建筑布局是不行的。而这却是一项远较设计新工业区更为复杂的工作。无论怎样改造,都必须遵循经济合理性这一重要原则,都必须考虑适于工业发展的功能结构,考虑正在发展着的生产技术和城市建设对工业区的总体和个体建筑的要求。改造工作的基本方针是:提高工业区建筑密度和土地利用系数;提高被改造区的建筑水平;完善公共设施以及减少工业对居住区的污染。
The practice of urban construction at home and abroad shows that if the transformation of a large city does not fundamentally change the architectural layout of the existing industrial area, it will not work. This is a far more complex task than designing a new industrial zone. No matter how it is reformed, it must follow the important principle of economic rationality. Both must consider the functional structure suitable for industrial development, and consider the development of production technology and the requirements of urban construction on the overall and individual construction of industrial zones. The basic principles of the renovation work are: to increase the building density and land use coefficient in the industrial area; to increase the level of construction in the rehabilitated areas; to improve public facilities and to reduce industrial pollution to residential areas.
