一、围绕“六五”期间的奋斗目标,抓紧了业务技术建设(一)抓紧了专业人才的培养,重视培养技术骨干。全军于1982年2月份录取1981年攻读硕士学位的研究生126名,攻读博士学位的研究生4名;7月份录取1982年攻读硕士学位的研究生143名。1978年级研究生95名已于第二季度毕业。其中88名获得硕士学位。组织安排全军进修生909名。1982年各军医大学计划招收青年军医进修班学员400名。各大单位都积极开展学术活动。海军今年召开专业会、学术交流会109次,并由海军总医院、407医院联合组织海上救护
