应用生物素标记ＨＳＶＤＮＡ型共同性基因片段制成探针，以斑点杂交方法检测了１１份脑脊液标本，２例呈阳性反应，而病毒分离全部阴性。本实验为ＨＳＥ的早期病原学诊断做了初步的探讨。
Biotin-labeled HSVDNA common gene fragments were used as probes to detect eleven samples of cerebrospinal fluid by dot-blot hybridization. Two of them were positive and the virus was negative. This experiment for the early diagnosis of HSE made a preliminary etiology.
