Thymoma with myasthenia gravis (MG) is a serious autoimmune disease. Due to the high incidence of intraoperative and postoperative concurrent myasthenia crisis, it brings a series of thorny problems to surgical treatment and postoperative treatment [1]. In this hospital, from January 1989 to January 1994, a total of 17 cases of thymoma with MG were treated with surgery. From 1994 onwards, they were treated by regular preoperative preparation (improved perioperative treatment).
