断奶1周的大鼠分为3组,分别饲与克山病病区低硒粮饲料(硒含量0.009mg/kg)和基础饲料补加不同量亚硒酸钠(补硒量0.1mg/kg或0.4mg/kg)以探讨硒对大鼠胰腺活体内蛋白质合成的影响。结果表明:补硒(0.1mg/kg或0.4mg/kg)与未补硒大鼠比较,补硒大鼠的胰腺(3H)-亮氨酸参入活性、蛋白质和RNA含量都显著增加。在同样的补硒水平,肝的硒含量和GSH-Px活性也显示明显增高。
One week after weaning, the rats were divided into three groups and fed with low selenium diet (selenium content 0.009mg / kg) and basal diet supplemented with different amount of sodium selenite (amount of selenium 0.1mg / Kg or 0.4mg / kg) to explore the effect of selenium on protein synthesis in the rat pancreas. The results showed that (3 H) -leucine incorporation activity of selenium-enriched rats was significantly increased compared with selenium-free rats (0.1 mg / kg or 0.4 mg / kg). Selenium levels and GSH-Px activity in the liver also showed a marked increase at the same level of selenium supplementation.
