去年寒假,我到5家乡镇企业作调查,很快就发现,5家都没有图书室,报纸资料也很少,对产品销路、材料来源、企业将来发展,知道的更是少得可怜。去了后他们听说我是学情报的,无一例外地都热情地邀请了我为他们当参谋,出主意,并组织厂里的技术员和推销员和我进行座谈。通过这次调查,使我感受最深的是,乡镇企业迫切需要情报,需要技术;“星火计划”迫切需要实现。以下我想谈几点看法。
In the winter vacation last year, I went to five township and township enterprises to investigate and quickly discovered that none of the five houses had a library, and there were few newspapers. It was even poorly understood how to sell products, sources of materials, and the future development of enterprises. After they were gone, they heard that I was studying information. Without exception, they enthusiastically invited me to be a staff officer and an idea for them. I also organized technicians and salesmen in the factory to hold discussions with me. What I feel most deeply through this survey is that township and township enterprises urgently need intelligence and need technology; the “Spark Plan” urgently needs to be realized. I would like to make a few comments below.
