企业搞国际化经营是一个复杂的系统工程,从国家宏观政策到企业内部微观管理,从企业产品、技术开发到企业运行机制,方方面面都必须发生变革。从目前我国企业的实际看,不是每个企业都有能力搞国际化,也不是所有的企业都必须参与国际化经营,但是企业要搞国际化经营需具备相当的实力和一些必要条件。从宏观上来说,国家和政府应尽快制定
Enterprises engaged in international operations are complex systems engineering. From the macroeconomic policies of the State to the micro-management within the enterprises, everything from enterprise products, technology development to enterprise operation mechanism must be changed in all aspects. Judging from the actual situation of our country’s enterprises, not every enterprise has the ability to engage in internationalization. Nor do all enterprises must participate in international operations. However, enterprises must have considerable strength and some necessary conditions to engage in international operations. From a macro point of view, the state and government should formulate as soon as possible
