应用二维超声心动图评价46例急性心肌梗塞发病3周时的室壁运动,以室壁运动分数指数(WMSI)为预测心肌梗塞远期预后的指标,发现心肌梗塞远期有心功能不全或严重心绞痛等并发症的WMSI显著高于无并发症者,再梗塞和死于心脏并发症的WMSI亦显著高于非再梗和存活者。WMSI≥1.7者可发生心功能不全或严重心绞痛,心功能不全和死亡者的WMSI均≥2。
Two-dimensional echocardiography was used to assess the wall motion in 46 patients with acute myocardial infarction at 3 weeks. The wall motion fraction index (WMSI) was used to predict the long-term prognosis of myocardial infarction. Two-dimensional echocardiography was used to evaluate the long-term myocardial infarction with cardiac insufficiency or severe The WMSI of complication such as angina was significantly higher than those without complication. The WMSI of recanalization and cardiac complications were also significantly higher than those of non-recurrent and survivors. WMSI ≥ 1.7 may have cardiac insufficiency or severe angina pectoris, heart failure and death were WMSI ≥ 2.
