血灵为含有集落刺激因子(CSF)的胎肌条件培养液。具有刺激CFu-GM的活力。对注射半致死量CTX的小鼠骨髓有明显的保护作用。用于治疗ITP 45例及ATP 5例患者,缓解率为55%,总有效率为87.5%,明显高于对照组(ITP 21例,ATP 3例)之27.2%及42%,P<0.01。血灵可刺激患者之CFu-GM及CFu-Meg之增长。副作用少而疗效持久为其优点。
