近年来,我国电信业持续快速发展,截至2014年6月,全国电话用户数约达13亿户。与此同时,利用未登记真实身份信息的电话传播发送垃圾短信、实施诈骗、散布有害信息等问题仍较突出,影响了用户的合法权益,扰乱了社会秩序,甚至威胁国家安全。电话实名登记十分及时必要。
In recent years, the telecom industry in our country has maintained a sustained and rapid development. As of June 2014, the number of telephone subscribers in the country has reached about 1.3 billion. At the same time, the issue of sending spam messages, carrying out fraud and spreading harmful information by using telephone without registering real identity information is still outstanding, affecting users’ legitimate rights and interests, disrupting social order and even threatening national security. Telephone real-name registration is very timely and necessary.
