溅射超导腔作为超导重离子直线加速器的重要部件,在组装前需测量其超导性能,为此需建立1套单腔柜系统。通过对单腔柜内真空监测、冷屏预冷以及液氦罐装,使超导腔处于4.2K的低温状态;然后控制马达对机械调谐器和功率耦合器进行调整,以改变腔体频率和耦合程度,从而测量超导腔性能。该项目正在进行中,2010年的主要进展如下。
