应对全球气候变化的能源-经济-环境政策是国际上的研究热点之一。国家自然科学基金委员会近期召开了“以应对全球气候变化的中国能源-经济环境政策”为主题的第71次双清论坛。会议围绕全球应对气候变化的国际制度重要选择、全球实现控制温升2℃的目标各国面临排放空间不足的严重挑战、中国特色的低碳发展之路等核心问题展开讨论,凝练了该领域需要深入研究的关键科学问题,包括不确定性下的决策选择方法和评价、全球应对气候变化下的技术创新、转移和竞争的规律、能源-环境-经济发展的客观规律性及内在影响机制、低碳发展的规律性研究等,并就开展应对气候变化中管理科学问题的综合研究、建设能源与气候经济的基础数据平台、进一步加强学科交叉和人才培养等提出建议。
