1994~1995年从云南省不同地区采集烟草黑胫病标本,经分离鉴定共获得烟草黑胫病菌(Phytoph-thoranicotianaeBreda)104个菌株。交配型测定结果表明:烟草疫霉菌的A2交配型在云南省占绝对优势,分离到的104个菌株中,89株为A2交配型,占总数的85.6%;14株A0交配型,占13.5%;1株为A1A2交配型(同宗配合),仅占0.9%。对同宗配合烟草疫霉菌株的同宗配合性状在无性和有性后代的遗传测定结果表明,该性状可在游动孢子后代和卵孢子后代稳定遗传
From 1994 to 1995, samples of tobacco blackleg were collected from different areas in Yunnan Province. 104 strains of Phytophthora thoranicotianaeBreda were isolated and identified. Mating type assay results showed that the A2 mating type of Phytophthora nicotianae was dominant in Yunnan Province. Of the 104 strains isolated, 89 strains were A2 mating type, accounting for 85.6% of the total; 14 strains of A0 mating type accounted for 13.5%; 1 strain is A1A2 mating type (with the same case), accounting for only 0.9%. The results of genetic tests on the ancestry and mating of the same Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates showed that this trait can be inherited stably in the offspring of zoospores and oospores
