碳十四测年的系列样品方法,是指取前后有序、在时间上连续并互有时间间隔的系列含碳样品,进行高精度年代测定,然后将得到的系列数据共同进行曲线拟合,通过数据之间的相互关联性使日历年误差缩小的方法。最近,运用此方法,测年专家对新砦和二里头遗址的测年数据进行综合拟合,把二里头文化的年代估定在公元前1750年至公元前1530年~([1])。这一新的拟合结果,把他们最初认定的二里头文化起始于约公元前1900年向后推了150年,
