我们以课改的理念为指导,扎实开展了“培养小学生主体意识和自主能力”的研究,初步探索出了小学数学“问题导引—自主学习”的基本模式,即以主体性教育思想和课程改革精神为指导,在教师的启发诱思下,通过学案导引,使学生在“个体自学、小组互助、班级交流”中去主动获取知识、发展智能、培养能力,实现健康心理发展的学与教的活动过程。
