首先根据罐笼在罐道的运行情况建立了二自由度的罐笼水平振动模型,在对罐道常见的几种缺陷形式分析基础上,利用仿真将缺陷作为激励求得振动模型的响应,提出了提升罐道在加速段和匀速段对于相同故障的不同响应。这为准确检测罐道故障提供了一条参考思路。
First of all, a two-degree-of-freedom cage horizontal vibration model is established according to the operation of the cage in the tank road. Based on the analysis of several common defect forms of the tank tunnel, the simulation is used to respond to the vibration model by using the defect as an incentive. Different response of the tank to the same failure at the accelerating and constant speed sections. This provides a reference for the accurate detection of tank failure.
