通过对大白鼠颈动、静脉插管建立体外侧肢循环的实验，比较了消栓口服液和补阳还五汤对抗大白鼠血栓全形成作用。结果表明：二者作用是显著的（P＜0.01），但补阳还五汤作用好于消栓口服液（P＜0．01）.
Through the experiment of establishing the lateral extremity circulation of the rat by the cervical and venous intubation of rats, the effect of Xiaoshuan Oral Liquid and Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the thrombosis of rats was compared. The results showed that the effects of the two were significant (P<0.01), but Buyang Huanwu decoction was better than Xiaoshuan oral solution (P<0.01).
