中药的龟版、鳖甲、山甲，是取用龟、鳖、穿山甲的腹、背甲或鳞片入药。而这些动物生产缓慢，产量低，取之甚难。这些药材临床应用，历来为汤剂。由于火力、水量的差异，影响煎煮的溶出。笔者通过临床验证，将这些药材加工成散剂使用，取得良好的效果，与汤剂日服量对比，可节省药材３～４倍，现将研制方法、用量、临床效果介绍如下。
The turtle plates, turtle shells and pangolins of traditional Chinese medicine are taken from the abdomen, back nails, or scales of turtles, clams, and pangolins. The slow production of these animals and the low yield are very difficult. The clinical application of these herbs has traditionally been decoction. Due to the difference in firepower and water volume, the dissolution of boiling is affected. The author through clinical verification, the processing of these herbs into powder use, and achieved good results, compared with the daily dose of decoction, can save medicine 3 to 4 times, and now the development methods, dosage, clinical effects are described below.
