用 Pb( SN) 2 作模板 ,2 ,6-二甲酰基对甲苯酚与二亚乙基三胺通过 [2 +2 ]缩合反应 ,经 Na BH4 还原、脱 Pb2 +、酸化等操作 ,得晶体 BDBPH· 6HBr· 4 H2 O.晶体属单斜晶系 ,P2 1/ c空间群 ,晶体学参数 :a=1 .4 441 ( 5) nm,b=1 .1 4 82 ( 4) nm,c=1 .2 0 90 ( 6) nm,α=90°,β=96.92°,γ=90°,V=1 .990 0 nm3 .大环分子采取椅式构型 ,6个 Br-和 4个 H2 O分子对称分布于大环两侧 .该大环配体结构新颖 ,可用于多种金属配合物的研究 ,对进一步了解金属酶活性中心的结构及其催化作用机理具有重要价值 .
Using Pb (SN) 2 as template, 2,6-diformyl-p-cresol and diethylenetriamine were subjected to [2 +2] condensation reaction, reduction with Na BH4, Pb2 + BDBPH · 6HBr · 4 H2 O. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic space group P2 1 / c with the following crystallographic parameters: a = 1.4441 (5) nm, b = 1.1482 = 1.2090 (6) nm, α = 90 °, β = 96.92 °, γ = 90 °, V = 1.990 0 nm 3. The macrocyclic molecules adopt a chair configuration with 6 Br- and 4 The H 2 O molecules are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the macrocyclic ring.The novel macrocyclic ligands have novel structures and can be used for the study of many metal complexes and have important value for further understanding the structure of the active sites of the metalloenzymes and their catalytic mechanism.
