利用社会网络分析的方法,以五种重要期刊的论文为样本,分析了我国创新管理学术群体的现状及发展趋势。在现状方面,通过分析2005—2008年间的合著网络发现,该群体呈现无标度网络特征,内部交流也有待加强;群体内存在“研究基地”、“研究团队”、“研究师生”等三种典型子群,而这些子群大多分布在高校和科研机构中。在发展趋势方面,通过分析1989—2008年间的论文发现,我国创新管理研究的学术群体规模仍在继续扩大中,而“研究基地”和“研究团队”两种子群的影响力会持续加大。
Using the methods of social network analysis and taking the essay of five important journals as a sample, this paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of the innovation management academic community in our country. In the aspect of status quo, through analyzing the co-author network between 2005 and 2008, this group showed the features of scale-free network and the internal communication need to be strengthened; there are “research base”, “research team” Research teachers and students “and other three typical subgroups, and these sub-groups are mostly distributed in universities and research institutions. In terms of the development trend, by analyzing the papers from 1989 to 2008, it is found that the size of academic community in China's innovation management research continues to expand while the influence of the ”research base“ and ”research team" Continued to increase.
