粉煤灰、石灰及外加剂经混和磨细,作为砌墙和抹灰的一种新型材料,一般称为双灰粉或低标号水泥。近几年来双灰粉被一些地区广为使用。河北省建筑工程质量检测中心,先后给几个研制和生产双灰粉的单位测试过双灰粉的物理力学性能。根据测试情况总的来看,初凝、终凝时间较长,安定性不好控制,早期强度低,7天抗压强度仅达1MPa左右。
Fly ash, lime, and admixtures are mixed and ground and used as a new type of material for building walls and plasters, commonly known as double dust or low grade cement. In recent years, double dust has been widely used in some areas. The Hebei Provincial Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Center has successively given several pairs of ash powder units to test the physical and mechanical properties of the dual-ash powder. According to the overall test situation, the initial settling time and final settling time are longer, the stability is not well controlled, the early strength is low, and the compressive strength in 7 days is only about 1 MPa.
