目的研究加味保元汤对束缚应激小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法80只小鼠随机等分成正常组、应激组、应激加药组和应激加水组,用巨噬细胞体内吞噬法,测其吞噬率及吞噬指数。结果应激组与正常组比较,应激组吞噬率及吞噬指数明显降低(P<0.01);应激加药组与应激组比较,应激加药组吞噬率及吞噬指数明显升高(P<0.01);应激加水组与应激组比较,吞噬率及吞噬指数均无明显改变(P>0.05);应激加药组与应激加水组比较,应激加药组吞噬率及吞噬指数明显升高(P<0.01);应激加药组与正常组比较,吞噬率无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论加味保元汤对束缚应激小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能具有保护作用。
Objective To study the effects of Jiawei Baoyuan Decoction on the phagocytosis of macrophages in mice with restraint stress. Methods Eighty mice were randomly divided into three groups: normal group, stress group, stress-treated group, and stress-added water group. The phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index were measured by macrophage in vivo phagocytosis. Results The phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of the stress group were significantly lower in the stress group than in the normal group (P<0.01). Compared with the stress group, the phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index of the stress group were significantly higher than those of the stress group. High (P<0.01); There was no significant change in the phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index between the stressed water-exposed group and the stress group (P>0.05); stress in the stress-fed group compared with the stress-fed water group. The phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index of the drug-added group were significantly increased (P<0.01); the phagocytosis rate of the stress-dosed group was not significantly different from that of the normal group (P>0.05). [Conclusion] Jiaweibaoyuan Decoction can protect macrophage phagocytosis of restraint stress mice.
