目的探讨血清中CA199、NSE和CYFRA21-1联合检查对肺癌诊断价值。方法分析105例肺癌患者、63例肺良性疾病患者、40例健康人血清中的CA199、NSE和CYFRA21-1水平。结果肺癌组的三种肿瘤标志物水平较另两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。联合检测可提高诊断的敏感性。结论血清CA199、NSE和CYFRA21-1的联合检测对肺癌的诊断有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum CA199, NSE and CYFRA21-1 in lung cancer. Methods The serum levels of CA199, NSE and CYFRA21-1 in 105 patients with lung cancer, 63 patients with pulmonary benign disease and 40 healthy people were analyzed. Results The levels of three tumor markers in lung cancer group were significantly different from those in the other two groups (P <0.01). Joint testing can increase diagnostic sensitivity. Conclusion The combined detection of serum CA199, NSE and CYFRA21-1 has important value in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
