作为财政部的派出机构,财政部驻各省(区、市)财政监察专员办事处(简称专员办)从财政监督的角度切入,在监督中央财政政策执行,维护中央财政利益方面发挥了积极的作用。但很显然,专员办的工作离现代财政制度下的中央财政管理的要求还有较大的差距。因此,迫切需要对专员办的工作作出新的调整和安排。

However, it is clear that there is still a big gap between the work of Commissioner’s Office and the requirements of the central financial administration under the modern financial system. Therefore, there is an urgent need to make new adjustments and arrangements for the work of the Commissioner’s Office.
