水泥稳定碎石因其优良的路用性能广泛用于高等级公路。安徽近20年修建的高速公路多为80cm石灰改善土路床+20cm石灰土底基层+36cm水泥稳定碎石基层+4、6、8cm沥青混合料结构。由于水泥稳定碎石半刚性基层先天性干缩裂缝导致沥青混凝土面层反射裂缝,影响路面使用性能。国内外关于水稳半刚性基层抗裂及防止反射裂缝研究较多,成果颇丰。本文介绍的骨架密实型抗裂水稳设计及研究,成功取得半刚性性水稳基层3877/5274m无裂缝最新纪录。
Cement stabilized macadam is widely used in high-grade highways due to its excellent road performance. Anhui nearly 20 years to build the highway mostly for the 80cm lime soil road bed + 20cm lime soil base + 36cm cement stabilized macadam base + 4,6,8 cm asphalt mixture structure. As the cement-stabilized gravel semi-rigid basement congenital shrinkage cracks caused by asphalt concrete surface reflection cracks affect the road performance. At home and abroad on water-resistant semi-rigid base cracking and prevent reflection cracks more research, the results quite good. In this paper, the design and research of solid-solid crack-resistant water stability of the skeleton, successfully obtained the latest record of 3877 / 5274m without cracks in semi-rigid water-stable base.
