在我国社会体育蓬勃开展的同时,与之对应的诸多因素的不和谐现象仍然存在。通过对西安市部分羽毛球俱乐部的社会体育指导员系统调查,分析社会体育指导员的现状、存在的问题,提出相关建议与对策,建立和完善我国社会体育指导员队伍,对我国的体育事业乃至社会主义精神文明建设都有重要的现实意义和指导意义。
