随着社会经济的不断发展,企业面临的重大挑战之一就是企业社会责任的承担和履行。如果忽视商业伦理和社会责任,必然会影响到企业形象,进而会对企业的利润产生影响,长远上对企业的发展造成负面影响。本文将结合美国墨西哥湾漏油事件、巴西石油泄漏事件以及中国渤海湾漏油事件三个案例,对比分析在不同发展水平的国家间的企业社会责任问题,同时从对案例原因进行了多方面的分析,并提出在发展中国家法律制度不健全的环境下如何保证企业社会责任的承担和政府提高管理水平的建议。
As the social economy continues to evolve, one of the major challenges companies face is the commitment and fulfillment of corporate social responsibility. Neglecting business ethics and social responsibility will inevitably affect the corporate image, which in turn will have an impact on the profits of the enterprises and negatively affect the development of the enterprises in the long run. This article will combine the three cases of oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, the oil spill in Brazil and the oil spill in Bohai Bay in China to compare and analyze the issues of corporate social responsibility among countries at different levels of development. At the same time, Analyzes and proposes how to ensure the commitment of corporate social responsibility and the government’s proposal to improve the management level under the imperfect legal system of developing countries.
