曲轴深油孔加工是曲轴加工的一个重要环节。曲轴的各轴颈开档、各轴颈的间隔、曲拐升程,以及各轴颈直径等尺寸中有某一项改变,都给曲轴深油孔加工带来各种加工工艺参数的变化。针对这些情况,我厂在实践中摸索总结出实用计算公式,现介绍如下。一,曲轴深油孔加工工艺参数H、h、β、s 为了利于深孔钻加工的排屑。无论组合机床或单机生产,曲轴深油孔加工一般采用卧式布置,其加工方法如图1。
