故事教学是幼儿园语言教育领域中的主要内容。我们认为,传统的教学模式难以达到《规程》中提出的要“注重个体差异,因人施教,引导幼儿个性健康发展”的要求。因此,我们从1998年9月起,在故事教学活动中,采用分层次教育模式,针对幼儿的不同发展水平,设计多层次的教育方案,因材施教,促使每个幼儿在原有水平上都得到最大程度发展,取得了一定的效果。
