目前,牙髓失活主要采用亚砷酸和三聚甲醛作为失活剂,但亚砷酸对牙周组织有损害作用,而三聚甲醛作用缓慢,往往需要2—4周的时间牙髓方能失活。为缩短失活时间,在三聚甲醛中加入二甲亚砜有明显的镇痛、杀菌和抑菌作用,并可加快甲醛分子进入牙髓的过程。临床资料失活剂配方:三聚甲醛2克,二甲亚砜1克,1%利多卡因0.5毫升,配成糊剂备用。
