某体育馆钢屋盖为采用预应力张拉空间桁架壳体大空间结构。该文通过有限元分析,研究该体育馆钢屋盖在局部高温作用及冷却过程的受力性能。结果表明:高温使部分结构构件屈服、产生塑性变形,冷却至室温后有较大的残余变形和残余应力;升温和冷却过程使部分支座受力较大或受到上拔力作用;中心区升温和冷却比角部升温和冷却的影响范围广,对于结构受力更加不利,中心区相对与角部更需要加强防火保护。
A gymnasium steel roof for the use of prestressed tension space truss shell large space structure. Through the finite element analysis, this paper studies the mechanical properties of the steel roof of the gymnasium in local high temperature and the cooling process. The results show that the high temperature causes some structural members to yield and plastic deformation, and the larger residual deformation and residual stress after cooling to room temperature. The temperature rise and cooling process make some bearings suffer a greater force or exert an upward pulling force. And cooling than the corner heating and cooling a wide range of impact on the structure more negative, the center relative to the corner with the need to strengthen the fire protection.
